The Bass50 was designed for simplicity—no tiny toggle switches, hidden controls, or awkward button combos. Instead of a traditional power switch, the Trulli button doubles as your main control hub, keeping everything streamlined and intuitive. Powering your subwoofer on or off only takes one button and one second.
Setting up for the first time?
The Trulli App will walk you through powering on your Bass50 and connecting for the first time. If you haven’t already, check out How do I connect my Bass50 to the Trulli App?
Turning the Bass50 On
- Press and hold the Trulli button (center of the control panel) for 1 second, then release.
- The Trulli button will glow white, and the LED ring will glow red, indicating the unit is powered on and ready to pair or play.
Putting the Bass50 into Standby
- Tap the Trulli button (1 second) without holding it, and the Bass50 will enter standby mode.
- In standby, the unit will conserve battery and remain discoverable. The default is 20 minutes, but you can adjust to your preferred duration in our sound profile settings.
- For more info on Standby Mode, check out: What is Standby Mode on the Bass50?
Turning the Bass50 Off
- Press and hold the Trulli button for 7 seconds.
- The Trulli button will turn off, and the unit will fully power down.
Hard Reset Warning
Holding the Trulli button for 10 seconds will trigger a hard reset—a forced power cycle similar to holding down the power button on a computer. This doesn't erase any of your saved settings, but it's not meant for regular use.
To avoid triggering this accidentally, always release the Trulli button after 7 seconds when powering down.
