What do I do if I receive a Battery Low Indicator in the App?Updated 6 months ago

If you try to start a firmware or sound profile update and your JAM5 does not meet the requirements for the update due to the battery level


  1. Connect one end of the provided USB-C charging cable to the back of your JAM5 and the other to your Trulli wall charger, then plug this into an outlet.
  2. Make sure your device is near your JAM5. 
If you are still unable to update your device, you will want to Reset the Trulli App or look to our supporting article Unable to connect to Trulli JAM5 and repeat the following steps.
