If you try to start a firmware or sound profile update and your JAM5 does not meet the requirements for the update due to the battery level
- Connect one end of the provided USB-C charging cable to the back of your JAM5 and the other to your Trulli wall charger, then plug this into an outlet.
- Make sure your device is near your JAM5.
