What do I do if I receive a Battery Low Indicator in the App?Updated 7 months ago

At Trulli Audio, we understand that battery life is important to our users, especially when it comes to firmware or sound profile updates. If you receive a battery low indicator in the Trulli App while trying to start an update, it means that your JAM5 doesn't meet the requirements for the update due to low battery level. In this article, we'll guide you on how to charge your JAM5 to ensure that it meets the necessary battery level requirements for updates.

To start, connect one end of the provided USB-C charging cable to the back of your JAM5 and the other to your Trulli wall charger. Then, plug it into an outlet. Make sure that your device is near your JAM5 for a stable connection. This will allow your JAM5 to charge while it's connected to the wall charger.

If you're still unable to update your device after charging your JAM5, you may want to reset the Trulli App or follow the steps in our supporting article "Unable to connect to Trulli JAM5" to troubleshoot the issue.
