I am unable to connect the JAM5 in app?Updated a year ago

Are you having trouble connecting your device to your JAM5 speaker? If you're experiencing Bluetooth interference, you may not be able to connect. Here are some steps you can take to address the issue.


  1. First, make sure your device and JAM5 are close to each other. Keeping them within close proximity can help reduce interference.

  2. Next, keep other wireless equipment at least 3 feet away from your JAM5. This will also help to reduce interference.

  3. Once your speaker is powered on, you can pair it with your device by opening your device's Bluetooth settings and searching for your JAM5. This should enable you to connect to your JAM5 through the app.


If you're still experiencing issues, performing a factory reset on your JAM5 may help. To do this, hold down the - and + buttons on your JAM5 for about 7 seconds. You will hear a factory reset audio indicator. Once you release the buttons, press the Trulli button to power your speaker back on.


After powering up your JAM5, head over to your device's Bluetooth settings and search for your JAM5 again. This should enable you to connect your device and hear audio again.
