I can not find my JAM5 in the Trulli App?Updated 6 months ago


If your product is not appearing in our App, please make sure your device's Bluetooth is enabled in your settings, and press and hold - + on your JAM5 for 1 second to enable pairing mode. 

  1. Search for the Settings app (Gear icon) on your device, then select the app. 
  2. Scroll down to and select Bluetooth or the Bluetooth symbol. 
  3. Tap to toggle Bluetooth to On.
  4. Reopen the Trulli app and connect to your JAM5.

If you still do not see your device look to our supporting article I am unable to connect the JAM5 in app and proceed with the following steps for connectivity.
