I can not find my JAM5 in the Trulli App?Updated a year ago

If you're having trouble finding your JAM5 in the Trulli app, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue. It's important to note that these steps apply to both iOS and Android devices.

  1. First, make sure that your device's Bluetooth is enabled. To do this, search for the Settings app (Gear icon) on your device and select it. Then scroll down to and select Bluetooth or the Bluetooth symbol, and toggle it to On.

  2. Next, press and hold the - and + buttons on your JAM5 for 1 second to enable pairing mode. Once you've done this, reopen the Trulli app and connect to your JAM5.

  3. If your device still isn't appearing in the app, check out our supporting article titled "I am unable to connect the JAM5 in app" for additional troubleshooting steps.
