I can not find my JAM5 in the Trulli App?Updated 6 months ago

If your product is not appearing in our App, please make sure your device's Bluetooth is enabled in your settings, and press and hold - + on your JAM5 for 1 second to enable pairing mode.
- Search for the Settings app (Gear icon) on your device, then select the app.
- Scroll down to and select Bluetooth or the Bluetooth symbol.
- Tap to toggle Bluetooth to On.
- Reopen the Trulli app and connect to your JAM5.
If you still do not see your device look to our supporting article I am unable to connect the JAM5 in app and proceed with the following steps for connectivity.
