Jam5 Quick Start Guide

Power up, pair, and start listening in under a minute. This guide walks you through the first steps to get your Jam5 ready to play wherever you go.             

🔋 Step 1: Power On

Press and hold the Trulli button (top center of the speaker) for one second. You'll hear a voice prompt and see the LED bars light up— The Jam5 will automatically enter pairing mode right after the prompt finishes. 

📶 Step 2: Pair Your Device

• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or tablet.

• Open your Bluetooth settings and tap “Trulli JAM5” when it appears.

• You’ll hear “Pairing successful” when connected.

🔊 Step 3: Start Playing

That’s it! Press play on your favorite streaming app and crank it up. 

🔌 Step 4: Charge (if needed)

Your Jam5 ships partially charged. For a full charge, plug in the included USB-C cable and 30W charger to a wall outlet. The LED bar will show charging progress. Check your battery level anytime by tapping the + and – buttons quickly. Learn how to read the LED battery bar.

📄 Step 5: Register Your Jam5

Activate your 2-year warranty and unlock full support by registering your Jam5 with your order info.

💡 Pro Tips

• Adjust the volume using the + and – buttons on top. See what all the control buttons do.
