When can I expect a refund on my order?Updated 2 years ago

At Trulli Audio, we understand that sometimes our products may not meet your expectations, and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we are here to help make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.


Once we receive your return, it typically takes us up to 2 business days to process the refund. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover transactions are usually deposited into your bank account in 2-3 business days, while American Express transactions may take 3-5 business days or less.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact our support team via phone or email to let us know about the issue you are experiencing with your product.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item with all its original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  4. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  5. After we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.


Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
