What do I do if the app freezes during an update?Updated 6 months ago

First you will want to 

  1. Verify the JAM5 battery level is above 50% and the JAM5 is near your device.
  2. Verify your phone is not in power save mode due to low battery as this may prevent the app from working properly.
  3. Follow the steps in the How can i reset the Trulli App then reopen the app and connect to your JAM5 and check the details. If the firmware or sound profile did not update, perform the update again.

If you are still experiencing trouble Factory reset the JAM5 and try repairing and updating your device with app again.

Note: If the update fails again please Contact Us for assistance. The update will resume in the middle of the update if it can, however if it fails again, try this method again and the update will complete.
