Removing paired devicesUpdated a year ago

If you have a Trulli JAM5 speaker and want to remove any paired devices, you can do so easily by following these step-by-step instructions. First, turn on your JAM5 and press the - and + buttons simultaneously until you hear the message "Your Trulli JAM5 has been reset to the factory settings." This will clear all devices from your speaker and prepare it for pairing with a new device.

Next, you'll want to delete your speaker from the Bluetooth® list on your device. To do this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and find the Trulli JAM5 on the list. Depending on your device, you may need to hold down on the JAM5 device name until a pop-up menu appears, or you may be able to simply tap the device name to select it.

Once you've selected the Trulli JAM5, look for an option to "Forget" or "Delete" the device. This may be in a menu, or it may appear as a trash can or X icon next to the device name. Select this option to remove the Trulli JAM5 from your device's Bluetooth list.

A helpful tip is to disconnect from the Trulli JAM5 directly from the Bluetooth settings on your streaming device for more convenience. This will save you time in the future if you need to pair the speaker with a new device.

By following these simple steps, you can easily remove any paired devices from your Trulli JAM5 speaker and prepare it for a new pairing. Remember, keeping your devices up to date and properly maintained will ensure the best possible experience with your Trulli Audio products.
