My product is faulty-what do I do?Updated a year ago

At Trulli Audio, we want to make sure that all our customers are happy with their JAM5 speakers. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and that's why we have a hassle-free replacement policy.


Before considering your device faulty, please check out the troubleshooting tips and frequently asked questions available in our help center. We want to make sure you have tried all the possible solutions before deciding to replace your JAM5.


If you have gone through the troubleshooting process and are still experiencing issues with your Trulli speaker, we will replace any defective device within 90 days of purchase. Whether it is a hardware or software flaw, our team will take care of it for you, including the cost of shipping.


To start your return, please visit our Returns Page and provide the following information:


  1. Your order number and email address on file
  2. The reason for your return
  3. Photos of the contents in your order
  4. A full description of the issue and how it occurred
  5. Once your request has been submitted, it will be processed and approved, and you will receive a return shipping label via email. If you need a new carton, please let us know in your request and we will provide you with a free box and packing material.
