How do I turn the Voice prompts off on the JAM5?Updated a year ago

Trulli Audio offers a range of customizable audio devices to suit your audio needs. One of the customizable features of Trulli devices is the option to enable or disable voice prompts. Voice prompts are audio notifications that the device provides when certain actions are performed. While some users may prefer to have voice prompts enabled, others may find them to be a distraction.

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to disable or enable voice prompts on your Trulli device:

To Disable Voice Prompts:

  1. Press and hold all three buttons (plus, minus, and Trulli) until you hear "brightness level"
  2. Press and hold all three buttons (plus, minus, and Trulli) again until you hear "voice prompts and tones"
  3. Tap the “minus” button, and you should hear "voice prompts and tones disabled"

To Enable Voice Prompts:

  1. Press and hold all three buttons (plus, minus, and Trulli) until all three buttons light up (you will not hear a voice prompt)
  2. Press and hold all three buttons (plus, minus, and Trulli) again, and the minus button should light up
  3. Tap the “plus” button, and you should hear "voice prompts and tones enabled"

By following these simple steps, you can quickly disable or enable voice prompts on your Trulli device. It is important to note that disabling voice prompts may impact your overall experience with the device, as certain notifications will not be communicated audibly. It is recommended to experiment with the feature and find what works best for your needs.
