What to Do if the Battery Isn’t Working:

First, try charging the Jam5 fully using the Trulli 15V power adapter

If the speaker doesn’t hold a charge or won’t power on, reach out to us—we’ll help determine whether it’s a battery issue or something else

If your Jam5 is still within the 1-year warranty period, repairs or replacements may be covered under warranty

Outside of warranty? We still offer support and may be able to help with repair or replacement options
