That said, here are a few important tips to keep in mind:

• Use the right charger. To ensure your Jam5 charges properly while in use, make sure you're using the Trulli-provided power block or a compatible USB-C charger that supplies 15V 2A. Incompatible chargers may not provide enough power to keep the Jam5 charged during playback.

• Expect slower charging while in use. Using the Jam5 while charging may result in slower charge times—especially at high volumes—because the device is drawing power while also trying to replenish the battery.

• First-time setup. For the best initial performance, we recommend giving your Jam5 a full charge before your first use. This ensures optimal battery conditioning and readiness.

• Charging indicators. While plugged in, the LED bars will light up to indicate charging progress. Once fully charged, the lights will turn off automatically.
