Our warranty covers:

All parts defective in material and workmanship

Not covered under warranty:

Damage from accidents, power surges, moisture, or improper use or maintenance

Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or tampering

Insect damage

Products not purchased directly from Trulli Audio
What About Accessories, Apparel, or Merch?

Chargers and accessories are covered under the same 2-year warranty if purchased through TrulliAudio.com

Apparel and merch are not covered under the product warranty, but are eligible for returns or exchanges. See our Apparel & Merch Return Policy for more info
Need to start a claim?
To request a warranty replacement, visit our Returns Center and provide:

Your order number and the email address used

A description of the issue and how it occurred

Photos of the product and packaging

Let us know if you need a replacement shipping box—we’ll send one free of charge
Once submitted, we’ll review your request and send a prepaid return label if your item qualifies.
Extended or Lifetime Coverage?
While our standard warranty is 2 years, all Trulli customers receive ongoing product support through our Lifetime Care program. Whether it’s been 2 years or 10, we’re here to help however we can.
