Our warranty covers:

Manufacturing issues that occur under normal use and care

Electronic components, accessories, and powered speaker systems purchased directly from TrulliAudio.com
Our warranty does not cover:

Damage from accidents, power surges, moisture, or improper use or maintenance

Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or tampering

Insect damage (yes, it happens!)

Items not purchased directly from Trulli Audio
Need help with a claim?
To start a warranty request, head to our Returns Center and submit the following:

Your order number and the email address used

Description of the issue and how it occurred

Photos of your product and packaging
-
Mention if you need a new shipping box—we’ll send one at no cost
Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide a prepaid return label if it qualifies.
