What is covered

Bass50 advanced replacement
Bass50 is an advanced replacement product. In approved cases, Trulli may provide cross-shipped replacement support for a Bass50, battery, or critical component before the original unit is repaired or returned. This is intended to reduce downtime and keep customers moving.
Advanced replacement is subject to issue verification, serial validation, proof of purchase, inventory availability, and return compliance. In some cases, Trulli may provide a new, repaired, or recertified replacement unit or component. Recertified replacements are fully tested before shipment and carry either the balance of the original warranty or a minimum replacement coverage window, whichever is longer.
