- If your package shows as still in transit, give it a little extra time—delays sometimes happen due to weather or carrier issues.
- If your package shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, move to Step 2.
2. Look Around & Ask Neighbors
Sometimes packages are left in unexpected places. We recommend:
- Checking all entry points around your home (porches, side doors, garages).
- Asking neighbors or building staff in case it was delivered nearby.
3. Contact UPS
