How do I start a return or exchange?Updated a year ago

At Trulli Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 45-day trial period for our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it with no questions asked.


Before requesting a return, we recommend checking our FAQs and troubleshooting guides to see if your questions can be answered. If you still need assistance, our team of professionals is here to help you with any further questions you may have.


To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:


  1. You will need to head over to our returns page here

  2. Attach your order number and email

  3. Click and attach the item you would like to return 

  4. Insert return reason

  5. Insert resolve method 

  6. Choose how you will return item

  7. Review your return and submit 


Please keep in mind that if you are returning a product after the 45-day trial period, you will need to speak with one of our sales associates to assess the reason for the return and determine if a refund can be authorized.


If you received the product as a gift and do not have the order number, please contact us so we can assist you in locating the product for return.
