How do I qualify for your warranty?Updated a year ago

At Trulli Audio, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty for all parts defective in material and workmanship. However, it's important to note that any defects resulting from improper use, accidents, excess moisture, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification are not covered by the warranty. Additionally, the warranty only applies to products purchased directly from trulliaudio.com.


If you have received a defective product, we want to make the returns process as smooth as possible. To start a return, simply visit our Returns Page and provide the following information:


  1. Your order number and email address on file
  2. Reason for the return
  3. Photos of the contents of your order
  4. A full statement and description of the issue, including how it occurred
  5. Once your request has been submitted, it will go through processing and approval. If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. If you require a new carton, please indicate this in your request to receive a free box and packing materials.
