At Trulli Audio, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Trulli product, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 45 days of purchase.


To initiate a return or exchange, simply visit our Returns Page and follow the instructions provided. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once your request is submitted, our team will review and process it accordingly.


Please note that all returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product is damaged or not in its original packaging.


Once your return or exchange is approved, we will issue a refund or ship out the new product within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
