Do I need to keep any of the original packaging or boxes?Updated a year ago

Trulli Audio is committed to ensuring a seamless experience for its customers. If you're interested in trading in a product towards the sale of a higher value product or processing a return, we ask that you hold on to the original packaging for convenient shipping back to us. In addition to the convenience of shipping, we require all original components to be returned and the speaker to be in like-new condition if you're doing a trade-up.


It's important to note that we require all components to be returned in order to process a return or exchange. We recommend holding on to your original components because you never know what the future may hold. Keeping the original packaging and components also ensures that your product remains in like-new condition, preserving its value.


When it comes to trading up, we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. In order to do so, we require that the original speaker and all of its components are returned to us. Once received, we will evaluate the condition of the product and apply the trade-in value to the purchase of a higher value product.
