Can you ship to an APO or PO box?Updated a year ago

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, Trulli Audio does not offer delivery to APO or PO boxes. We understand that this may be a concern for some customers, especially those who are stationed overseas or who do not have access to a physical address. However, we are working to expand our shipping options in the future to better serve our customers.

It is important to note that this shipping restriction is not unique to Trulli Audio. Many shipping carriers, including UPS, require a valid street address for delivery. This is because APO and PO boxes are often located in military installations or post offices, which may have limited access or security concerns that make it difficult to deliver packages safely and efficiently. Additionally, some packages may be too large or require a signature upon delivery, which may not be possible for APO or PO box addresses.

If you are unable to provide a physical address for delivery, we recommend reaching out to a trusted friend or family member who can receive the package on your behalf. Alternatively, you may be able to have the package delivered to a UPS Store or other authorized shipping location for pickup.
